Our Henties Bay development is a compact residential project designed to provide practical, comfortable and affordable living.

The development consists of two individual apartments and one residential building comprising five flats, creating a total of seven residential units.

Rental Availability

The first apartment will be available for occupation from mid-October 2026 at N$3,000 per month. A second apartment is expected to become available from 1 November 2026.
